The service, especially from the management, could be more helpful and prompt without needing authorization. The location is in a good area with plenty of nearby restaurants. The dining includes nice bananas but could have offered more variety like turkey or chicken. Overall, the facilities are sufficient but could use improvement.

I was a bit let down by the room condition, with filthy carpets despite having a Jacuzzi tub and 2 queen beds, but the breakfast was enjoyable.
